Die Castings
A wide range of die-castings, both raw and precision machined in materials such as stainless steel, zinc, bronze, copper, magnesium, and aluminum alloy. Secondary processes include polishing, plating, finishing, and assembly operations.
Investment Castings
Close tolerance raw castings or precision-machined castings with value added processes including plating. Investment castings or lost wax are primarily used for high tolerance repeatable products with cast-in features to eliminate costly machining. These castings are labor intensive, which make them great candidates for cost reduction in low labor countries.
Powder Metal – Sintered Metal
Capabilities of a wide range of powder metal products with an unlimited range of sizes and geometries. Factory design and development support will help minimize your cost. Shear testing can be performed as needed.
