Wire Forms and Springs
Our factories produce custom precision springs and wire forms specializing in close tolerance, complex products, that require short lead times and high quality.
Our wire form capability ranges from 0.008” to .500” (0.20 mm to 12.7 mm) and offer post-operation processing such as thread, chamfer, swage, drill, tap, and machining. Heat-treatment, plating, and passivation can be performed per customer specifications. We can package springs and wire forms to avoid damage in transit. We can also bag in smaller quantities to support Kanban releases.
